Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 c flour
- 1 c sugar
- 3 1/2 t. baking powder
- 1 t. salt
- 3/4 c milk
- 1 c ripe bananas, mashed (I use 2 bananas)
- 1 egg
- 3 T oil
Directions:
- Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Cut up and mash bananas in a separate bowl.
- In another bowl mix wet ingredients together.
- Add wet ingredients to dry mixture and stir.
- Add bananas. Stir until blended.
- Grease muffin tin or bread pan.
- Bake at 350' until toothpick can be inserted in and come out clean. Muffins usually 15 minutes.
